Shop is open Tuesday – Saturday, 10:30am-5pm

Masks
Please a wear a mask when entering or exiting the building, and in common areas, and also while in the shop and fitting room.  
Monkey Pox
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with lesions or open sores or pustules anywhere on the body.  If you think you are infected with Monkey Pox, please wait until you are clear of any lesions before booking an appointment.

 

For In Person Appointments
A government issued photo ID is required to enter the building. Please make sure you bring this with you, as security is tight and no visitors without ID are admitted to the building.

Cancellations require 24 hour notice, and carry a $50 no show fee if cancelled without proper notice.  

 If you need to cancel because of Covid exposure, send us your test results within 48 hours of the cancelled appointment and we’ll reschedule you without forfeiting the fee.

Special Orders
Please email support@BraTenders.com to inquire about items you don’t see here.  We can order most core product for delivery between 1-4 weeks. Please note that fashion colors are seasonal, and not re-orderable.  If you’d like to be notified when new items are available, please Opt In to our email list to be in the know.  

Special Hours
If you wish to arrange an appointment outside of regular business hours, please email support@bratenders.com with your name, phone number, date and time you want to come, whether this is for Special Occasion or Everyday, and how many people want fittings.   Someone will notify you of availability and any applicable fees.  

Shipping 
All orders received by 2:00 p.m Eastern will be shipped same day. All others will be shipped on the next business day. When an item is out of stock or discontinued by the manufacturer, we will offer the customer a comparable garment. In rare occasions, when we sold out and manufacturer is out of stock on an item, it may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. 

All communications are conducted via email, so customers are encouraged to check it daily. When deemed urgent, we will attempt phone communication so ensure we have a current phone#, else urgent matters will also be communicated via the slower email medium. The shipping method used is the one selected by the customer on the Check Out page. Shipping is calculated based on items' weight, distance shipped and shipping method selected..

Whenever possible, multiple orders will be combined in one shipment
