Non-Refundable Items:
-All adhesive products are final sale.
-All hosiery, men's and women’s underwear are final sale.
-All garments with a crotch are final sale. It is unsanitary for us to accept undergarments that touch such an intimate place once they've left the shop.
-Gift certificates cannot be refunded.
-All purchase orders* are final sale.
-Items purchased in multiples are final sale.
-Items bought at a discount are final sale.
Online Purchase Return Policy:
* The following can not and will not be applied to in-store purchases of any kind.
-For an item purchased online to be eligible for a refund, it must be in perfect, saleable condition* and returned within 10 days for a refund to be issued.
-An item purchased online must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery date to qualify for a refund.
-After 10 days, items purchased online may be returned for store credit only.
-After 30 days, no returns will be accepted.
In-store Purchase Exchange Policy:
-In-store purchases cannot be refunded.
-A bustier purchased in-store must be in perfect, saleable condition* and returned to the shop within 30 days to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
-A bra purchased in-store must be in perfect, saleable condition* and returned to the shop within 7 days to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
-If a client purchases an item at a discount, they will only receive the discounted amount in store credit.
-Any claim that a bra is causing injury will be taken on a case by case basis. However, we must be contacted and the garment must be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange to be considered.
Damaged Products:
-We are not responsible for damage done to a garment after it has been machine washed or dried. Undergarments should be hand washed in cold water.
-We are not responsible for damage caused by the manner in which a package was opened or the tools used to open it
-We are not responsible for package theft. The shipping company handles those matters.
-If an item we shipped is claimed to be damaged upon receipt, a photo needs to be sent via email to support@bratenders.com within 2 days of its official delivery to be eligible for a replacement
-Claims of a defective item are handled on a case-by-case basis, but the later we are contacted the less we can do.
If a client purchases an item at a discount, and is approved for a return, they will only receive the discounted amount from their original purchase.
purchase orders* - orders placed by a customer with the understanding that we do not have the item in-stock and will need to order it from our vendor specially for that customer.
perfect, saleable condition* - a garment with the original tags attached, no odor, no pinholes, no stains, no dents, no discoloration, no tears, and no frayed threads. All original hooks, straps and fabric intact.
