Virtual Fittings Return Policy

There is a non refundable $50 consultation fee if no purchase is made after an in person or virtual fitting.  There is also a $50 No Show fee for last minute cancellations or missed appointments.

After we’ve consulted, and you’ve selected the items for your personal Bra Box, we will bill you for the full amount of the value of the box. 

You will be refunded for any and all garments that are returned in perfect, salable condition, with all tags attached, within 10 days of purchase.  

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• bra inserts, nipple covers, adhesive products,
• any and all bottoms, including panties, leggings, shapewear, packaged hosiery items that have been opened.
• Special Orders must be prepaid, are not cancellable, and are Final Sale.  

Free shipping with the purchase of a 5 piece bra kit. 
Fitting Fee will be refunded for purchases of $150 or more

Garments that are tried and not purchased are sanitized with UV lights, and kept out of stock rotation for 2 days.  

Bra Tenders is an inclusive space, and welcomes anyone needing assistance with undergarments.
