Theatrical Return Policy

Bra Tenders is a service business that stocks and sells often difficult to find products,  required by costume and design crews and casts working throughout the entertainment industry. Every purchase requires the time and efforts of our 3 person team. 

We are a highly specialized small business, which allows us the flexibility to provide these goods and services in a timely way within a deadline driven environment.  

This also makes returns very costly for us in terms of Time and Money. As such:

  • Any and all returns and exchanges for in-stock goods are subject to 25% restocking and handling fees.  
  • Special orders are not eligible for return. 
  • Any garment with a gusset must be purchased, and is FINAL SALE. 
  • Accessories, Adhesive products, hosiery are FINAL SALE
  • “Picking my brain” without a purchase is $100/45 minute consultation



COVID MEMO POLICY

Because of the uncertainty about how COVID-19 lives on soft surfaces and fabrics,and the possibility that the virus lives on skin for up to 9 hours,  we have updated our memo terms.

We are recommending Virtual Fittings in lieu of removing garments from our shop “on memo”. 

I am available to meet with any member of the design team to understand the look the foundations will help create.  Then, when you meet cast members for fittings, I can observe their bodies, and know their bra sizes, which is much more efficient than the back and forth of many bras in wrong sizes.  

You may memo up to 3 bras at one time, and whatever is not being used must be returned within 5 days.  There is a 25% restocking fee if nothing is kept, and ALL ITEMS will be billed after 5 days.  

Items with a gusset are purchase only, and Final Sale

Any garment that is not in the same perfect condition it left the shop in, is ineligible for return.   

Special order merchandise must be paid for in advance, and may not be cancelled, returned or refunded. 

There are disruptions in the supply chains due to Covid.  Please order in advance of your deadline as shipments are slow and taking a long time to be processed.
