Bridal Exchange Policy
Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, all sales are final, with the exception of the long line bridal bustier. These carry a 30 day exchange policy from the date of purchase. The original tags must be intact, and Bra*Tenders must determine that the garment is in perfect and salable condition. Store credit may be taken in lieu of immediate exchange, or it can be used towards the purchase of any item in the shop. No returns.
Appointments are one hour in duration. 98% of our customers are able to try on, and select a complete bra wardrobe in that time.
If you have special needs, or simply want to extend the experience, you can buy additional time in 15 minute increments for $30 per each 15 minutes. The fee is waived for purchases over $750.
We want you to have an Uplifting Experience and be satisfied with your selections. We also need to stick to our schedule, and not keep sisters waiting for their appointments. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us help as many women as possible on any given day, but especially during the bridal season, when fitting rooms are booked from opening to closing.

We work by appointment so women have the benefit of our expertise, and we refuse to sell improperly fitting garments, even when a customer insists. Customers may address any concerns or fit issues during their appointment. We do not hard sell customers, and there is no pressure to buy.
Buyer’s Remorse does not constitute a valid reason for returning merchandise. Also, and unfortunately, too many people have bought and worn items, and then tried to return them.
While there is no fee or obligation for an appointment, every Bra*Tenders appointment comes with a cancellation policy and no show fee, to ensure that everyone’s time is well respected. Cancellation time varies depending on the type of appointment you have.
appointments carry a 72 hour cancellation policy, as we do not have normal hours over the weekend.
appointments during normal business hours carry a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Special arrangement appointments (after hour and weekend appointments) carry a 48 hour cancellation policy.
If you do not call prior to the required time frame, and do not come for your appointment, your credit card will be charged a $100 No Show Fee (have your personal credit card authorized, or we can take your card information when you schedule your appointment). There is no charge otherwise.
Theatrical, Film, and TV Clients
Bra*Tenders offers Costume Design and Wardrobe clients Memo privileges (studio services) for fittings or design decisions according to the Terms and Conditions of our Memo Policy. Privileges vary according to purchase history and credit standing; Re-Stocking Fees may apply.
All memos have a Due Date for returns, which is clearly stated at the time of the transaction. Items not returned by the Due Date will be billed for payment in-full and will not be eligible for exchange, return, credit or refund.
To take items out “On Memo,” you must have an open account with Bra*Tenders (open an account) and/or have a credit card on file (get your credit card authorized).
All items must be returned in new, perfect and salable condition, with original labels and tags intact. Upon inspection, Bra*Tenders retains the right to charge full price for any items it deems not acceptable for return.
We are always happy to accommodate your special needs; however we cannot special order merchandise for Memo purposes.
NOTE: Hosiery that has been opened or tried on may not be returned.
